Project 100MH

As part of our activity to increase mental health literacy among Nigerians, and helping people of all age groups lead mentally healthier and productive lives; 3 years ago, Mental Health Foundation launched Project 100MH.

Project 100MH is a Mental Health initiative targeted to 100 corporate organizations across
Lagos State with the aim of achieving the underlisted:

• Create awareness on the need to maintain positive mental health in the work environment.
• Enhance staff productivity in the workplace.
• Promote organizational performance.
• Promote mental stability in the work environment via staff assessment, training and
  counseling.
